Q: How does my referral get tracked?

When someone clicks your unique referral link and signs up, they're automatically linked to your account in our system. You can log into your referral dashboard on FirstPromoter to see who you've referred and the status of each referral.


Q: What happens after someone clicks my referral link?

Here's the full journey:

  1. They click your link and sign up

  2. Our sales team reaches out to qualify them and schedule a demo

  3. If they sign up and pay their invoice, the commission is attributed to you

  4. You can track this in your FirstPromoter dashboard

  5. Payout is processed quarterly


Q: What counts as a "qualified" referral?

A referral becomes qualified when the person you referred goes through our sales process and becomes a paying customer. If they sign up but don't convert to a paid plan, no commission is earned.


Q: Can I refer more than one person?

Yes. There's no limit to how many people you can refer, and no cap on total earnings.


Q: What if someone I referred already knows about Recruiterflow or was already in our sales pipeline?

Attribution goes to whoever's referral link was used first. If your contact was already in conversation with our sales team before clicking your link, please reach out to us and we'll review on a case-by-case basis.
