Enriched fields update automatically, until you edit them
Company Intelligence fields in Recruiterflow are enriched automatically. When you edit an enriched field, you're telling Recruiterflow to use your value instead and in most cases, that field stops updating automatically going forward.
The exact behavior depends on which field you edit. Here's what happens for each one.
Field-by-field behavior
Industries
What editing does: Saves your value for this company in your account only. Auto-enrichment for Industries on this company is turned off.
Warning shown: "Editing this field turns off auto-enrichment for the field."
Other accounts: Unaffected. This change is account-specific.
Employee Headcount
What editing does: Saves your value. Auto-enrichment for Headcount stops. Headcount Growth % is set to null because it can no longer be calculated automatically.
Warning shown: "Editing this field turns off auto-enrichment for the field."
Other accounts: Unaffected.
Annual Revenue (approx)
What editing does: Saves your value for this company in your account. Auto-enrichment for Annual Revenue stops.
Warning shown: "Editing this field turns off auto-enrichment for the field."
Other accounts: Unaffected.
Website
What editing does: Saves the new website. Auto-enrichment for the Website field stops for this company.
Warning shown: "Editing this field turns off auto-enrichment for the field."
LinkedIn Profile
What editing does: Updates the LinkedIn URL and triggers a full re-enrichment of the company across all accounts. All other manually-edited fields retain their values — only the enrichment data refreshes.
Warning shown: "Editing LinkedIn will re-enrich the company."
Important: This is the only field where editing triggers more enrichment, not less.

Company Stage
Total Funding
Investors
Last Funding (amount and date)
Glassdoor Rating
To correct data in these fields, contact Recruiterflow support. If the underlying Crunchbase data is wrong, that's the source to update.
How to tell if a field has stopped auto-enriching
There's no explicit indicator in the UI for this yet the best practice is to treat any manually-entered value as permanently manual unless you update the LinkedIn URL to trigger re-enrichment.
