What's changing and why
Company Intelligence introduces enriched versions of three fields that already exist on the Platform Plan. On the AIRA Plan, these fields are replaced by their enriched counterparts. The old fields are archived, they won't appear on company pages, company search, or contact search for AIRA Plan users.
Field mapping
Platform Plan field | AIRA Plan replacement | Key difference |
Industry (single select) | Industries (multi-select) | A company can belong to multiple industries. |
Company Size (number range) | Employee Headcount (number) | Exact number, not a range. Includes headcount growth %. |
Revenue (money) | Annual Revenue (approx) (money range) | Enriched approximate range, not a manually-entered figure. |
What gets archived for AIRA Plan users
The old Industry, Company Size, and Revenue fields are removed from:
The company profile page
The company search filters
The contact search filters
The companies table columns
These fields are replaced automatically by Industries, Employee Headcount, and Annual Revenue (approx).
What this means for data you've already entered
Any data you manually entered into the old fields (Industry, Company Size, Revenue) is not automatically migrated to the new enriched fields. If you want to override an enriched value, you can edit it, but note that editing stops future auto-enrichment for that field. See What Happens When You Edit an Enriched Field.
Creating new companies after this change
For AIRA Plan users, the following fields are hidden during company creation:
Industry / Industries
Company Size / Employee Headcount
Revenue / Annual Revenue (approx)
These fields are populated after the company record is created. Until enrichment runs, these fields show a dash (—). This applies to:
Add Company (manual creation)
Bulk upload
Chrome Extension
Platform Plan users: nothing changes
If you're on the Platform Plan, the old fields (Industry, Company Size, Revenue) remain exactly as they are. You won't see the enriched versions or the new AIRA Plan filters.
