What is Company Intelligence?
Company Intelligence is a set of enriched data fields and advanced search filters available on the AIRA Plan. It pulls real company data - funding rounds, headcount, growth stage, investors, Glassdoor ratings, and more - directly into your candidate, contact, and company profiles in Recruiterflow.
Instead of manually researching a candidate's current employer, you get the full picture automatically: where the company is in its growth journey, who backed it, how fast it's hiring, and what kind of revenue it's doing.
What you can do with it
Search candidates by company attributes - find people who joined before a Series B, or who rode a company from Series A to IPO
Filter by investor backing, funding stage, headcount growth, Glassdoor rating, and annual revenue
See a company's full funding timeline, including when a candidate joined or left relative to each round
View enriched company cards on candidate, contact, and company profiles without leaving Recruiterflow
Add new company data columns (Total Funding, Stage, Headcount, Investors) to your table views
Who has access
Company Intelligence is available exclusively on the AIRA Plan. If you're on the Platform Plan, you won't see the enriched fields or the new search filters.
