It pays attention to where you are in Recruiterflow and what you're typing, and reorders results accordingly.
What you can do with Omni Search
Search across all entities: Candidates, Contacts, Jobs, Companies, Deals, and Placements from a single search bar
Get context-aware results: If you're on the Jobs page, job results surface first when match scores are equal, likewise with other entities
Filter by entity type: Pin results to one or more entity types using the filter tabs; your preferences are saved across sessions
See recent profiles instantly: Click the search bar without typing to see the last 12 profiles you opened, in reverse chronological order
Use semantic search: Omni Search understands meaning, not just exact matches
Where it works
Omni Search works across the full Recruiterflow web app and on the Recruiterflow Chrome Extension. The behavior is identical on both surfaces.
