Who can access AIRA Search

AIRA Search is available to all users (Admins and non-Admins alike) on accounts with an active AIRA Plan. Users on other plan tiers do not see the AIRA Search bar, they continue to see the standard Advanced Search filters.

If you're on AIRA Plan but cannot see the search bar, contact support team.

Candidate visibility in results

AIRA Search results respect your existing candidate access permissions. If a recruiter cannot view a candidate in the standard candidate list, that candidate will not appear in their NLS results, regardless of how well they match the query.

This applies even if the candidate would otherwise be a strong match. Access rules are enforced at the results level, not just the profile level.

Cross-account search

NLS results are always scoped to the recruiter's currently active account. Cross-account search is not supported. If you manage multiple accounts, switch to the relevant account before running a search.
