Investor & Portfolio Tracking lets you map the relationship between an investor and the companies it backs, right on the company profile — so a PE firm, VC, or holding company shows you every portfolio company underneath it, along with the jobs, deals, placements, and contacts tied to each one.
If you work with private equity clients, venture-backed startups, or any organization with multiple related entities, this replaces manually tracking which companies belong to which investor in a spreadsheet.
How it works
You add an investor to any company's profile by typing its name into the Investor field and mapping it to an existing Recruiterflow company profile (or creating a new one on the fly). Once mapped, that investor's own company profile automatically picks up a Portfolio card listing every company that names it as an investor.
From the investor's profile, you can also filter its Contacts, Jobs, Deals, and Placements cards to show records across the whole portfolio, not just the investor entity itself.
Who can use it
Every plan can manually mark and map investors. On the AIRA Plan or with JCA enabled, Recruiterflow also auto-enriches investor mappings as new matches are found, so you don't have to add every relationship by hand.
