Understanding the Details Tab

An overview of the five default cards on the Details tab and how they fit together.

Written by Amogh Balikai

The Details tab is where the bulk of a job's information lives: the description, the team working it, comp expectations, and required skills, plus a live snapshot of pipeline progress.

The five default cards

  • Job Description — the role's write-up, collapsible if it runs long.

  • Job Highlights — live counts of Submitted, Interviewed by Client, Offer, and Hired candidates. Read-only for everyone.

  • Hiring Team — your internal team by role, plus external client contacts.

  • Salary & Experience Range — comp and experience expectations, with an option to show either on your careers page.

  • Skills — required skills, pulled from or added to your account's skill library.

Beyond the defaults

Admins can add more cards from a predefined library, and reorder any card, default or added, to match how your team actually works. See "How to Customize Your Details Tab Layout" for that workflow.

Things to know

  • The five default cards can be reordered but never removed.

  • If a job has no data yet, every card shows its own empty state simultaneously, this is expected on a brand-new job.
