Understanding Job Highlights Counts

How the Submitted, Interviewed by Client, Offer, and Hired counts on the Job Highlights card are calculated.

Written by Amogh Balikai

The Job Highlights card shows four numbers: Submitted, Interviewed by Client, Offer, and Hired. These aren't manually entered, they're computed live from your pipeline every time the page loads.

How the count works

Each label maps to a search stage category. A candidate counts toward a number the moment they're moved into a pipeline stage mapped to that category. The count accounts for your account's fill/skip stage configuration, so if your team skips a stage entirely, candidates who bypass it are still counted correctly downstream.

Example

Say your pipeline has 12 candidates: 3 in a stage mapped to Submitted, 2 in Interviewed by Client, 1 in Offer, and 1 already Hired. The card shows Submitted: 3, Interviewed by Client: 2, Offer: 1, Hired: 1, regardless of the other 5 candidates sitting in earlier, unmapped stages.

Things to know

  • These four counts are never directly editable. There's no edit mode on this card for anyone, including Admins.

  • If your account deletes or renames the pipeline stage that feeds one of these counts, that counter shows 0 until a new stage is mapped to it.

  • On a brand-new job with no pipeline activity, all four numbers show 0. That's the expected empty state, not a bug.
