Understanding Job Stats on the Deal Profile

How Total revenue, Submitted, and Hired are calculated on the Associated Job Card, and what changes when you filter.

Written by Amogh Balikai

The numbers at the top of the Associated Job Card aren't static, they recalculate based on which jobs you're currently viewing.

How each stat is calculated

  • Total revenue — the sum of revenue logged against every job currently included in the card's view.

  • Submitted — count of candidates across those jobs who've reached the Company Submission stage.

  • Hired — count of candidates across those jobs who've reached the Hired stage.

Worked example

A deal produced 4 jobs: 2 open, 2 closed. With Total jobs selected, Submitted shows the combined count across all 4. Click Open jobs instead, and Submitted, Hired, and Total revenue all recalculate to reflect just those 2 open jobs, the closed ones drop out of the math entirely.

Where clicking Submitted or Hired takes you

Clicking either number opens a new page with advanced filters pre-applied: the deal's associated jobs, the relevant stage (submission or hired), and whichever job-state filter (total, open, or closed) was active on the card.

Things to know

  • Total revenue is never clickable, it's a summary figure only.

  • Filtering the job list (Total/Open/Closed) changes every header stat at once, they're not independent.

  • These stats only include jobs you have permission to view.
