The Associated Job Card: Overview

See every job a closed deal produced, revenue, submitted, and hired stats, without leaving the Deal profile.

Written by Amogh Balikai

Once a deal closes, this card becomes your one place to see what it turned into, without leaving the Deal profile to reconstruct the picture from the Jobs list.

Why you won't see it on an open deal

A deal can only be associated with jobs once it's Closed Won, the association simply doesn't exist before that. On an open deal you'll see an empty state explaining this instead.

Header stats

  • Total revenue — logged against all associated jobs (not clickable).

  • Candidates Submitted and Candidates Hired — totals across all jobs. Click either to jump to a filtered candidate list.

  • All the jobs — with the status, location and other details

What's on each job row

Job Name (links to the job profile), Department, Location, Opened/Closed date, Number of Openings, Submitted, Hired, Status, Closed/Draft badge, Close reason if available, and a kebab menu with Remove association.

Jobs in Draft state show a discolored, minimal card with just the job name, a visual cue that it's inactive.

Sort order

Open jobs appear first, most recently opened at the top. Closed jobs follow, most recently closed at the top.

Things to know

  • Removing a job's association doesn't remove data (like company name) that was already transferred between the Deal and the Job.

  • You only see jobs you have permission to view, even inside this card.

  • A search bar appears above the list once a deal has more than 5 associated jobs.
