Once a deal is Closed Won, you can attach jobs to it right from the Deal profile, no need to go create them separately and link back later.
Associating an existing job
Click the plus icon in the Associated Job Card header.
Select Associate a Job.
A dropdown shows open jobs for the deal's company only, with your own jobs sorted first.
Select a job to link it.
Removing a job's association
Open the kebab menu on the job row.
Select Remove association.
This only breaks the link between the Deal and Job. Any data (like company name) that was transferred between them because of the association stays put on both records.
Things to know
You can associate, create, or disassociate multiple jobs on a single closed deal.
The Associate a Job dropdown only shows open jobs, closed jobs aren't offered there.
A job in Draft state can still be clicked, it opens the job profile in edit mode in a new tab so you can finish setting it up.
You'll only see jobs here that you have permission to view.
