Every deal, job, company, and conversation tied to a contact lives on one profile, arranged the way your search firm works.
The contact profile is the page for one person at a client company, usually a hiring manager, HR lead, or other stakeholder. Use it to prepare for outreach, log a call, check where a deal stands, or see who a contact reports to.
What you see on the page
Top-left card. Shows the contact's photo, name, title and company at their primary company, location, source, owner, tags, and action icons. This card is the same for every user.
Three columns of cards. The left, middle, and right columns hold cards such as Contact Info, Company details, Deals, Jobs, Tasks, and Notes. Your account decides which cards appear and where.
Overview and Activities tabs. The middle column opens on Overview, which shows the cards placed there. Activities shows the full activity history, with filters by type.
What you can do from the profile
Link a contact to several companies, mark one as primary, and record a job title for each.
Set who the contact reports to at each company and open the org chart.
Create, link, and update deals without leaving the profile.
Review every job tied to the contact, with submitted and hired counts.
Choose which cards appear and in which column through Profile Customization.
Example
Meera Kapoor is VP People at Halden Biologics and sits on the board of Corvane Therapeutics. Her profile lists both companies in the Company details card, with Halden Biologics marked primary. The Deals card shows an open retained search at Halden, and the Jobs card shows its submitted and hired counts. One page holds the whole relationship.
Things to know
No role can change, remove, or move the top-left card, including admins.
The profile does not change who can see a contact. Contact permissions and access to deals, jobs, and companies decide what each user sees.
When a card has no data or fails to load, only that card shows a message. The rest of the profile stays usable.
The profile does not manage candidates. Candidate profiles have their own layout.
