The Jobs card lists every job a contact is tied to, with submitted and hired counts, so you see the full hiring picture for a client stakeholder in one place.
Use this when you prepare for a client call and want to know which roles are open, how many candidates you have submitted, and how many have been hired. The card shows job information and does not change it. You cannot edit a job's status or open and closed state from here.
Read the card
The header shows three totals: Total Revenue, Submitted, and Hired. Revenue appears in the primary currency set under General Settings → Currency Settings. Click Submitted or Hired to open a candidate list filtered to this contact's jobs and that stage.
Each job row shows:
The job title, linked to the job profile, and the job's company.
Locations. One location shows up front with a count of the others. Hover to see the full list.
Number of openings.
Submitted and hired counts.
The job status you defined, or the close reason when the job is closed.
Opened or closed date, and the Closed or Draft state.
Filter by job state
Open the dropdown in the card header.
Choose All jobs, Open jobs, Closed jobs, or Draft jobs.
All jobs does not include drafts. Draft jobs appears only when the contact has draft jobs. A state with no jobs is disabled in the dropdown.
Create a job for this contact
Click the + icon in the card header. The button shows for users with job creation permission.
Complete the Create Job form. Contact and Company are filled in and stay editable.
Save. The new job opens in a new tab.
Order and search
Open jobs come first, newest opened at the top. Closed jobs follow, newest closed at the top. A search bar appears when the contact has more than 5 jobs and filters by job title.
Example
Before a quarterly review with Meera Kapoor, you open her profile. The Jobs card shows 3 open roles at Halden Biologics, 12 candidates submitted, and 2 hired. You click Submitted to see the 12 candidates and walk into the call with names ready.
Things to know
A job appears on the card for as long as the contact is tagged on it. Changing the job's company does not remove it.
The card has no settings in the Layout Editor. You choose its column and nothing else.
With zero jobs, the card shows a short message. The + Create Job button shows only for users who can create jobs.
