Recruiterflow gives you more control over how candidate cards appear in your job pipeline's Kanban view. You can adjust the size of each card and choose up to five fields to display—so your team can quickly see the most relevant candidate info at a glance.

This enhancement helps you tailor the pipeline view to your workflow and preferences, improving clarity and speed during hiring processes.

What Can You Customize?

1. Card Size

Choose how much information is visible per card by selecting:

  • Small – Minimal view with key details

  • Medium – Balanced view with more information

  • Large – Expanded view showing full details and field values

2. Visible Fields

Pick up to five custom or standard fields to display on each candidate card. You can include things like:

  • Current Company

  • Experience (in years)

  • Expected Salary

  • Custom screening fields

  • Tags or notes

  • Custom fields

and more...

How to Customize Candidate Cards in Kanban View?

Step 1: Go to a Job Pipeline

  1. From the left-hand sidebar, go to the Jobs section.

  2. Make sure you’re in Kanban view (pipeline-style columns by stage).

  3. Click on the “Customize Kanban View” icon.

Step 2: Choose Card Size

  1. Under the Card Size section, select either:

    • Small

    • Medium

    • Large

  2. The preview updates instantly, so you can see how each size looks.

Step 3: Select Fields to Display

  1. On the right side, choose from available system fields and custom fields.

  2. You can select up to 5 fields total.

  3. Click Save when done.

That’s it! Your Kanban view will now show candidate cards based on your selected layout and fields.

Who Can Customize the View?

  • Each user can customize their own card view preferences.

  • Changes are saved per user and do not affect others on the team.

Tips for Optimizing Your View

  • Choose fields that help you make quick decisions (e.g., availability, seniority, location).

  • Use the Small or Medium view if you work with high-volume pipelines.

  • Update field selections as job requirements change to keep things relevant.
