The Experience card shows a candidate's work history - company, role, tenure, and description, organized by company, with multiple roles at the same company grouped together (promotions or transfers).
In the Middle column
Up to 4 titles show by default; descriptions truncate to 2 lines with a "...see more" toggle, and a "Show all N experiences" footer expands the full list inline.
In the Left column
A compact view with no inline descriptions, hover any entry to see a popover with the description.
AIRA enrichment
On the AIRA Plan, a sparkle icon appears on hover for enriched companies; clicking it opens a right-side sheet with additional company data.
Editing
Click the edit icon on any experience to edit it and a modeal opens where you can make the changes. Requires edit scope; locked profiles block non-admins.
