The Jobs card lists every job a candidate is associated with, including status, and lets you change stage without leaving the profile.
Default display: 2 job entries with a show more option; a search box appears once a candidate has more than 6 total jobs.
Sort order (4-group logic):
Open jobs (active, not disqualified)
Open jobs where the candidate is disqualified
Closed jobs (not disqualified)
Closed jobs where the candidate is disqualified
Within each group, the most recent stage movement sorts first — this is not a single chronological list, so a job that seems "out of order" is usually just in a different group.
Stage dropdown
Fully interactive in every column, including the compact Left/Right columns. This was a deliberate choice since stage changes happen too often to make read-only.
Closed jobs
Stage change and disqualify are disabled, but Job Candidate Fields and Scorecard remain accessible.
