What is the Stage Movement Timeline?

The Stage Movement Timeline shows a complete history of a candidate's progress through a specific job's hiring stages. It displays every stage change, disqualification, and status update in one place.

Why use it?

  • See the full journey: View every stage a candidate has moved through, including who made the change and when

  • Spot mistakes: Identify accidental or incorrect stage movements

  • Track progress: Understand how long candidates spend in each stage

  • Audit changes: Review disqualifications and reason changes with timestamps

How to access the timeline

  1. Open a candidate profile

  2. Find the Job Card for the job you want to review

  3. Click the three-dot menu (โ‹ฎ) in the top-right corner of the Job Card

  4. Select Stage Movements

The timeline opens and shows all movements for that candidate on that specific job.
