Overview: New Columns for the Jobs Table and Export

What's new on the Jobs table and Jobs export — additional columns, sortable columns, and the ability to choose exactly which columns to export.

Written by Amogh Balikai

What's new

The Jobs table and Jobs export now carry more of the data you already track in Recruiterflow, and you get to choose exactly which columns go into your export instead of downloading a fixed set every time.

New columns available

  • Job ID

  • Commitment

  • Closed Date

  • Close Probability

  • Forecasted Revenue

  • Current Openings

  • Candidates Submitted

  • Candidates Hired

  • Job Last Opened By

  • All Job Roles, shown as its own column with every role on the job and the person assigned to each

What you can do

  • Add any of these columns to the Jobs table view, alongside your existing columns.

  • Sort the Jobs table by any column that supports sorting (see Sorting and Customizing Columns on the Jobs Table).

  • Choose exactly which columns to include when exporting Jobs, from the Jobs page or from Advanced Search, the same way you already can on Candidates, Contacts, Companies, and Deals exports.

Where it shows up

  • Jobs table: new columns available via the column picker, on the standard Jobs list view.

  • Jobs export: a column-selection step appears before your export downloads, from both the Jobs page and Jobs Advanced Search.

Who has access

Available on all plans.
