Use this to get the Jobs table showing the columns you care about, in the order you want, and sorted the way you need.
Adding, removing, and reordering columns
Open the Jobs page.
Click the column settings icon above the table.
Check or uncheck columns to add or remove them.
Drag a column header to reorder it.
Sorting columns
Click a column header to sort the table by that column. Not every column supports sorting:
Standard columns on the sortable list (including the new columns in this release) sort immediately when you click the header.
Job Custom Fields sort if they're type single-select, date, number, or money.
Text-based custom fields, and a small number of other field types, don't support sorting. Clicking the header on one of these has no effect, and the table stays on its current sort.
Example
You want to see which open jobs are closest to a placement. Add the Close Probability column, then click its header to sort jobs from highest to lowest probability, so the roles most likely to close sit at the top of your list.
Things to know
Only one column can be actively sorted at a time.
If you don't see a sort arrow on a column you expected to be sortable, it's most likely a custom field type that isn't on the supported list above.
