The Pnet integration covers connecting your account, posting a job, and keeping it live. A few things work differently from other job boards, worth knowing before you rely on them.
Enablement is on request
Pnet isn't a self-serve toggle like some other boards. It's turned on per account by Recruiterflow, and requires your Pnet sender ID and org ID to connect. See Setting Up the Pnet Integration.
Editing a live Pnet listing
Once a job is live on Pnet, updating its Work Field, Geography, Sector, or other posting details in Recruiterflow doesn't update the Pnet listing. Pnet's backend treats these fields as fixed once received.
To change any of these details, take the job down on Pnet and post it again with the corrected details.
30-day listing duration
Every Pnet listing runs for exactly 30 days from the day it's posted, then comes down automatically. There's no way to extend a listing in place, you have to post it again once it expires.
Pausing a job on Pnet does not pause this countdown. The 30-day clock keeps running in the background even while the job is paused, so a paused listing can still expire and come down on schedule.
Job Visibility changes
Setting Job Visibility to Unlisted automatically turns Pnet off and removes the listing.
Setting Job Visibility to Internal does not automatically turn Pnet off. The Pnet tile stays on and shows a warning that visibility should be External, while the listing itself shows as Expired on Pnet's side.
If you're moving a job to Internal and want it fully removed from Pnet, turn the Pnet tile off manually rather than relying on the visibility change alone.
Applications
Candidates who apply through the Pnet listing come into Recruiterflow automatically as a new candidate profile added to the job. There's no manual import step.
