I don't see the PNet tile on my Promote tab
Pnet is enabled on request, not on by default. Contact Recruiterflow support or your Customer Success Manager to get it turned on, and confirm your Pnet sender ID and org ID have been shared to complete the connection. See Setting Up the Pnet Integration.
I changed the job's details, but Pnet still shows the old information
This is expected. Pnet doesn't accept edits to a live listing's posting details. Take the job down on Pnet and post it again with the correct details. See Pnet Integration: Limits & Known Behaviors.
My job came down from Pnet earlier than I expected
Check when it was originally posted, listings expire automatically 30 days after posting. If you paused the job on Pnet at any point, note that pausing doesn't stop the 30-day countdown, it keeps running even while paused.
The job still shows as Live in the Post to PNet modal after I turned Pnet off
The listing itself is removed from Pnet as soon as you turn the tile off, even if the modal's status label takes a moment to catch up. If the modal still shows Live after a refresh, contact support so we can confirm the listing is actually down.
I set Job Visibility to Internal, but the job still looks live on Pnet
This is expected behavior, not a bug. Internal visibility doesn't automatically turn Pnet off, the listing shows as Expired on Pnet's side while the tile stays on in Recruiterflow. Turn the Pnet tile off manually if you want the listing fully removed.
I don't see applicants from PNet showing up in Recruiterflow
Applications from Pnet should create a candidate profile on the job automatically. If they're not appearing, confirm the Pnet connection (sender ID and org ID) is set up correctly, then contact support if the issue continues.
My job isn't appearing on Pnet at all
Confirm Job Visibility is set to External and that the PNet tile is turned on in the Promote tab. If both are set correctly and the job still hasn't appeared after a reasonable delay, contact support.
