While creating a job, you can add your in-house recruiters as recruiters in Job Setup section and External Recruiters in Job Promote section. 

Recruiters can:

  1. View all the candidates in the pipeline of the job

  2. Edit all the candidates in the job

  3. Take stage actions, disqualify and schedule interviews with all the candidates in the job

  4. See confidential information like Expected Compensation, Emails etc

External Recruiters can:

  1. Add the candidates to a job

  2. See the status of candidates they have added
