Recruiterflow allows you to bulk disqualify a candidate from multiple jobs directly from the candidate profile.

This ability helps you save time and reduce manual effort, especially when candidates are automatically added to many jobs based on skill matches.

Why Use This Feature?

If your team uses automation to assign candidates to multiple jobs, it can become challenging to manage candidate interest or clean up irrelevant matches. Instead of disqualifying candidates one job at a time, you can now disqualify them from several jobs in just a few clicks, right from their profile.

How to Enable Bulk Disqualification?

To use this feature, an admin must enable it in their account settings:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Click on Job Settings.

  3. Find the Disqualification Setting section.

  4. Toggle ON the option:
“Allow bulk disqualification from the candidate profile.”

Once enabled, users will see a Disqualify button on the candidate’s job card when viewing their profile.

How to Bulk Disqualify a Candidate?

Once the setting is enabled:

  1. Open a candidate profile.

  2. If the candidate is part of multiple jobs, you’ll see a Disqualify button just beside the +Add Job button

  3. Click Disqualify.

  4. A modal window will appear, showing all the jobs the candidate is part of (excluding jobs where they are already Hired or Disqualified).

  5. Select the jobs you want to disqualify the candidate from.

  6. Choose a disqualification reason for each selected job.

  7. Click Disqualify to complete the action.

✅ The candidate will now be disqualified from all selected jobs in one go.

Notes

  • Only jobs where the candidate is currently in an active stage (i.e., not hired or already disqualified) will appear in the bulk disqualify modal.

  • Disqualification reasons can help maintain consistency and clarity in your pipeline reporting.
