Removing a candidate profile from your Recruiterflow workspace
Important: deletion is permanent. Once a candidate is deleted, the profile cannot be recovered, and all associated activity, notes, communications, and submissions are removed along with it.
If you only want to remove a candidate from a specific job rather than your whole workspace, disqualify them from the job pipeline instead. Disqualification keeps the candidate profile and their full history intact.
Delete a single candidate
Open the candidate's profile.
Click the three-dot menu (⋯) at the top of the profile.
Select Delete.
Confirm in the pop-up.
Things to know
Deletion is irreversible. There is no trash or restore option.
All notes, emails, submissions, scorecards, and activity attached to the profile are removed along with it.
