Your job description did not come out the way you expected? Here are the most common reasons and how to fix each one.
The generated job description is too short
Cause: A short role description produces a short job description.
Fix: Add more detail in Describe this role, such as responsibilities, skills and working arrangements. You can also ask for a length in the Instructions, for example "Aim for 400 words".
Details are missing from the job description
Cause: AIRA only uses what you provide. It leaves out anything missing and never invents details.
Fix: Add the detail to your role description and generate again.
Salary range or client name does not appear
Cause: The default instructions leave both out.
Fix: Include them in your role description and tell AIRA to use them in the Instructions.
The tone or language is not what you wanted
Cause: Your Instructions, or instructions you saved earlier, are shaping the output.
Fix: Open the Instructions field, review what is there and edit or replace it.
Skills and Experience did not fill in
Cause: The section already had content. AIRA only fills it when it is empty.
Fix: Clear the section and generate again, or edit it manually.
Generation fails or takes too long
Cause: A temporary issue.
Fix: Try again after a moment. If it keeps failing, contact support with the job link.
