How to Set Up Your Careers Page in Recruiterflow

Setup and design your careers page without a single line of code.

Written by Adarsh N

Your Recruiterflow careers page is live-hosted, auto-synced with your open jobs, and fully customisable — no code required. This article walks you through setting it up from scratch.

To get started, go to Settings → Careers Page, or jump straight there by clicking here.

Step 1: Set your URL and brand colour

Your careers page is hosted at recruiterflow.com/[company-name]/jobs by default. You can customise the company-name slug to match your brand — keep it short and consistent with how candidates know you.

For the brand colour, enter a hex code (e.g. #0057FF). This colour applies to all the Apply and navigation buttons on your page. If you're not sure which hex code to use, HTMLColorCodes is a quick way to find it.

Step 2: Open the page designer

Under the Design Careers Page section, click the "this page" link. This opens a live preview of your careers page where you can make visual changes in real time. Recruiterflow will attempt to pull your logo and a company summary based on your domain — if it finds them, they'll already be pre-populated.

Step 3: Upload your images

There are three image slots to fill in:

Logo — Click Upload your logo and select your logo file. Supported formats: .png, .jpg, and .svg.

Header image — This is the full-width banner at the top of your page. Click Upload new image in the header section to replace the default black placeholder.
Ideal resolution: 1440 × 600 px. Use a dark-background image and leave the top portion clear for text overlay. Keep the file under 400 KB for fast load times.

Side image or video — This appears below the header, alongside your company description text. You can either upload a static image (office, team photo, culture shot) or embed a YouTube video URL. Most teams use this space to give candidates a feel for the environment.

Step 4: Write your page copy

Click into any text section on the live preview and start typing. You can customise the headline, company description, and any other text blocks on the page. Hit Save when you're done — all text and image changes are saved together in one go.

Things to know

  • Your careers page automatically reflects your open jobs — no manual publishing needed each time a job is created or closed.

  • The URL slug can only be changed by an Admin. Pick something stable early on, as changing it later can break any external links pointing to your page.

  • If you want to embed your careers page directly into your own website instead of linking out to recruiterflow.com, see Embed your jobs page on your website with an iframe.
