Pushing Jobs to Your Careers Page

Written by Arnav A

Recruiterflow gives you a built-in careers page where candidates can browse your open roles and apply directly. No third-party job site needed — it lives on your Recruiterflow account and feeds applicants straight into your pipeline.

Setting up your careers page

If you haven't set up your careers page yet, go to Settings → Careers Page to configure it. You can add your logo, brand colours, and a custom domain so it matches your agency's identity.

For a full walkthrough of the setup, see How to Set Up Your Careers Page with Recruiterflow.

Which jobs appear on your careers page

Jobs are pushed to your careers page based on their visibility setting. Only jobs set to External appear publicly. Jobs set to Internal, Draft, or Unlisted will not show up on the page.

To publish a job, open it, go to its settings, and set the Visibility to External. It will appear on your careers page immediately.

How candidates apply

Candidates browse your live roles and submit their applications directly through the page. Every application automatically creates a candidate profile in Recruiterflow and places them in the relevant job's pipeline — no manual import needed.
