Post your jobs to multiple job boards without leaving Recruiterflow. Applications flow back into your account automatically, tagged with their source, so you can manage everything from one place.
Supported job boards
Recruiterflow integrates with Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, SimplyHired, CV-Library, and others depending on your plan and region. Check Settings > Job Boards to see what's available on your account.
How to promote a job to job boards
Open the job you want to promote from the Jobs page.
Go to the Promote tab inside the job.
Select the job boards you want to post to.
Review the job details — title, location, description, and salary range — and make any necessary edits. Also, ensure that Job Visibility is set to External in the Job Settings.
Click Finish.
Recruiterflow distributes the posting to your selected boards. Applications from those boards will start appearing in your pipeline, tagged with their source (e.g., "Indeed", "ZipRecruiter").
Note: Some boards (like Indeed) may take 24–48 hours to approve and display a new posting.
What happens when candidates apply
When a candidate applies through an integrated job board:
A candidate profile is created in Recruiterflow (or matched to an existing one).
The application is tagged with the originating job board for source tracking.
The candidate appears in the pipeline for that job, ready to review.
You're notified based on your notification settings.
Tips for better job board results
Use standard job titles — candidates search for "Sales Recruiter," not "Talent Acquisition Ninja."
Include a salary range — postings with compensation info consistently get more applications.
Be specific about location — "Remote (US only)" is clearer than just "Remote."
Keep descriptions focused — front-load the role, responsibilities, and requirements. Save culture content for the bottom.
Troubleshooting
Job isn't showing on Indeed
New postings can take 24–48 hours to appear. If it's been longer, check our dedicated guide: My jobs are not visible on Indeed. Common causes include job details not meeting Indeed's guidelines, or the integration needing re-authentication.
Applications aren't coming through
Check that your job-specific maildrop ID is configured correctly — this is what routes applications from job boards into Recruiterflow. See Job-Specific Maildrop IDs for setup instructions. Also verify that your job board connections are still active in Settings > General settings > Job board settings
