When you enable the Indeed integration, Recruiterflow automatically pushes your published jobs to Indeed, SimplyHired, and Glassdoor — no manual posting required. This article covers how to turn it on and how to connect an existing paid Indeed account.
Step 1: Enable Indeed and SimplyHired Job Posting
Click your account icon in the top right corner and go to Settings → General Settings.
Find the Enable Indeed and SimplyHired job posting option and check the box.
Enter the email address Indeed should use to verify your job postings.
Click Save.
Once enabled, any job set to External visibility will automatically be posted to Indeed, SimplyHired, and Glassdoor.
Step 2: Connect a Paid Indeed Account (Optional)
If you have an existing paid Indeed account and want to post sponsored jobs through Recruiterflow, you'll need to loop in your Indeed account representative.
Contact Recruiterflow support and let us know you want to connect your paid Indeed account.
Introduce us to your Indeed rep — we'll coordinate with them to complete the integration on the back end.
Things to Know
The Indeed integration works at the workspace level — once it's on, all External jobs are posted automatically. There is no way to exclude individual jobs.
Only jobs with External visibility are syndicated. Internal, Unlisted, Confidential, and Draft jobs are never sent to job boards.
Indeed, SimplyHired, and Glassdoor receive the same job feed. You can't post to one without the others.
If a job is set back to a non-External status, it will be removed from the job boards.
