Jobsite is one of the UK's major job boards. When you connect Recruiterflow to Jobsite, applications from the board flow directly into your pipeline — no logging into Jobsite separately, no manual copy-paste.
Before you start
You'll need a Feed username and Feed password from your Jobsite account manager. These are separate from your regular Jobsite login credentials and must be requested, contact your account manager before trying to post.
Posting your job
Open the job in Recruiterflow and click Edit Job.
Go to the Promote tab in the Edit Job view.
Check the Jobsite checkbox.
Your job will appear on Jobsite within 24–36 hours. Applications submitted through Jobsite come directly into your Recruiterflow pipeline.
Make sure your job is set to External
Jobs only appear on external job boards when their status is External. Check this in the job's Settings tab. External jobs are visible on your careers page and eligible for promotion on job boards, internal jobs are not.
Things to know
Feed credentials are not your Jobsite login. The Feed username and password are API credentials your Jobsite account manager provides. They won't match what you use to log in to Jobsite directly.
Applications come in automatically. Candidates who apply through Jobsite appear directly in your Recruiterflow pipeline, no need to check Jobsite separately.
Allow 24–36 hours for the listing to go live. There's a short publishing delay after you check the Jobsite checkbox.
Internal jobs won't post. Only jobs with External status are eligible for job board promotion. If your job isn't showing up, check the status first.
