Caterer Global is a specialist job board for the hospitality industry — hotels, restaurants, and cruise ships worldwide. Connecting it to Recruiterflow lets you push open roles directly from the Promote tab without logging into the job board separately.
How the integration works
Caterer Global uses a feed-based integration. Recruiterflow connects to your account using a Feed Username and Feed Password provided by Caterer Global. Once set up, Caterer Global appears as a posting destination under the Promote tab on any job.
Setup is a two-step process:
Get your feed credentials from Caterer Global. Contact your Caterer Global account manager and ask for your Feed Username and Feed Password. These are feed-specific credentials, not your regular login details.
Share your credentials with Recruiterflow. Pass the Feed Username and Feed Password to the Recruiterflow support team. We'll enable Caterer Global on your account from the backend.
After that, Caterer Global will show up under the Promote tab on your jobs.
Posting a job to Caterer Global
Open the job you want to promote.
Click the Promote tab.
Select Caterer Global and follow the prompts to push the listing.
Things to know
You need a paid Caterer Global account before setting up the integration. Visit catererglobal.com if you don't have one yet.
Feed credentials are separate from your Caterer Global login, request them specifically from your account manager.
Once Recruiterflow enables the integration on your account, it's available to all team members in your workspace via the Promote tab.
