CWJobs is the UK's leading specialist tech recruitment site, reaching over 40% of UK tech professionals each month. Once connected, you can post open roles to CWJobs directly from Recruiterflow without switching tabs.
Before you start
The CWJobs integration requires a paid CWJobs account with feed access. You'll need two credentials from your CWJobs account manager — these are different from your standard CWJobs login:
Feed Username
Feed Password
Contact your CWJobs account manager to obtain these if you don't already have them.
Setting up the integration
Once you have your Feed Username and Feed Password, email them to cs@recruiterflow.com.
The Recruiterflow team will enable CWJobs on your account — this typically takes one business day.
Once enabled, CWJobs will appear as an option under the Promote tab on any job.
Posting a job to CWJobs
Open the job you want to post.
Click the Promote tab.
Select CWJobs and fill in any required fields (salary, contract type, etc.).
Click Post.
Things to know
CWJobs is designed for UK-based roles. Postings outside the UK may not display correctly on the CWJobs site.
Job slots and posting limits are governed by your CWJobs contract — Recruiterflow acts as the posting interface only.
Updates made to a job in Recruiterflow (title, description, location) will sync to the live CWJobs posting when you re-post via the Promote tab.
To remove a posting from CWJobs, close or archive the job in Recruiterflow, or contact your CWJobs account manager directly.
