Jobserve is one of the UK's largest online recruitment platforms. Posting directly from Recruiterflow means your jobs go live on Jobserve without copying and pasting between systems.
Before you start: one-time setup
Jobserve requires a one-time account setup before you can post. Get these two details from your Jobserve account manager:
Account Number
Authorization Code
Once you have them, share them with Recruiterflow support (via chat or email). The team will enable Jobserve on your account — after that, you'll see it available under the Promote tab on any job.
You only need to do this once. Every recruiter on your account can post to Jobserve after it's enabled.
How to post a job
Open the job you want to promote.
Click the Promote tab.
Select Jobserve.
Fill in any required fields and submit.
Your job is now live on Jobserve's network.
Things to know
If Jobserve doesn't appear under the Promote tab after setup, contact Recruiterflow support — it may need to be re-enabled.
Jobserve is available for UK-based agencies. If you're not based in the UK, check with your Jobserve account manager whether you're eligible.
