TotalJobs is one of the UK's largest job boards, and Recruiterflow's integration lets you push open roles directly from any job record so that applications flow back into your pipeline automatically.
Before you start: get your feed credentials
TotalJobs uses separate feed credentials for integrations — these are different from your TotalJobs website login. You'll need to request two things from your TotalJobs account manager:
Feed Username
Feed Password
Once you have those, share them with Recruiterflow Support. The team will enable TotalJobs on your workspace from the backend, after which it will appear under the Promote tab on any job record.
How to post a job to TotalJobs
Open the job you want to promote in Recruiterflow.
Go to the Promote tab.
Select TotalJobs from the list of job boards.
Review the job details and submit.
Applications submitted through TotalJobs will come back into the job's pipeline automatically — no manual importing needed.
Things to know
TotalJobs also syndicates listings across their network of partner sites, so your job may appear on additional boards beyond TotalJobs itself.
If TotalJobs isn't visible under the Promote tab, reach out to Recruiterflow Support — the integration needs to be activated for your workspace first.
