Cloning a Scorecard from Another Job

How to copy an existing scorecard from one job into another, so you don't have to rebuild evaluation criteria from scratch for similar roles.

Written by Kushagra Dwivedi

If you've already built a scorecard for one role, you can copy it into any other job rather than rebuilding it from scratch. This is especially useful when running similar searches where consistent evaluation criteria matter across roles.

How to do it

  1. Open the job you want to add a scorecard to.

  2. Find the interview stage under the interview plan and click Configure Scorecards.

  3. In the scorecard editor, click the Import Scorecard icon in the top-right corner.

  4. Choose the source job and interview stage you want to copy the scorecard from.

  5. Click Import.

The scorecard structure β€” sections, questions, and rating criteria β€” is copied into the current job. You can edit it freely after import without affecting the original.

Things to know

  • Edits don't sync back. Once imported, changes to the copy don't affect the original, and updates to the original don't propagate to existing copies.

  • Responses don't transfer. Only the blank template is copied β€” submitted scorecard responses from interviewers in the source job stay with that job.

  • Importing overwrites the existing scorecard. If the stage already has a scorecard set up, importing replaces it. Confirm you want to overwrite before hitting Import.
