Last Contacted: Last contacted is the last day on which a candidate was contacted through either email, text or when a call was logged. In call logs, only the following call outcomes are considered.

In last contacted, who reached out (either you or your team or the candidate/contact), doesn't matter.
2. Last Engaged: Last engaged data is the date on which the candidate had last responded through any medium.
