Fill probability is the probability of you filling all the available openings in a job based on the current state of your pipeline.

Fill probability gives you a quick idea about how close you are to filling a job and getting revenue.

You can now find 'fill probability' for each job as shown below on the Jobs page:

The probability is calculated by taking into account, the probability of closure at each stage and the number of openings.

How to define the fill probability of each stage?

You can define the fill probability of each stage in the Interview Plan section of the job. It can range from 0 to 100, with fill probability of Disqualified marked as 0% and Hired as 100%

In this case, if a candidate enters the Phone Screen stage, there's a 5% chance that they might be Hired.

How to define the number of openings?

To accurately calculate the fill probability, you need to define the number of openings in the job.

The number of openings for a job can be set as shown below on the Job edit page :

Once you define the fill probability of various stages and the number of openings in the job, the system will take into account your most advanced candidates in that job to calculate the Fill probability of that job.
