Fill Probability: What It Is and How to Use It

Understand what fill probability means in Recruiterflow, where to find it, and how to use it to prioritize your open jobs.

Written by Vipakshi Joshi

Fill probability is a percentage that shows how likely you or your team are to fill the openings in a given job. It appears next to the job name throughout Recruiterflow, giving you a fast signal on which roles are on track and which need more attention.

A score of 58%, for example, means there's a 58% chance the job gets filled. Use it to prioritize your pipeline β€” a low score is a prompt to review candidate flow, client responsiveness, or whether the job requirements need adjusting.

Where to find it

The fill probability score is displayed next to the job name in your job list and job pipeline views. You'll see it without any additional setup.

Things to know

  • Fill probability is job-specific β€” each job carries its own score.

  • It updates as activity on the job changes.

  • Use low-probability jobs as a trigger to review your pipeline, escalate client outreach, or reassess the role's requirements.
