It is a pre-trained generative chat, which makes use of Natural Language Processing. The source of its data is textbooks, websites, and various articles, which it uses to model its own language for responding to human interaction in the form of chat prompts.
This helps you to generate job descriptions and email campaigns.
How to use ChatGPT in Recruiterflow?
JOB DESCRIPTION:
When you create a new Job :
Under Job Setup
Go to the Job Description section
You will find a Purple Icon on the right corner of the box.
Click the Icon
Start filling up the details such as Job Name, Skills required in a job, and experience.
Click on Generate Job Description.
You will now see that the system will automatically start generating the job description with the details added.
Similarly, You can also create an Email Campaign.
EMAIL CAMPAIGN:
When creating a new Email Campaign.
Under Campaigns
Click on Add Steps
Select Email
Under the main body of the email - you will find a Purple Icon on the right corner of the box.
Click the Icon
Start filling up the details such as Job Name, Skills required in a job, and experience.
Click on Generate Email.
You will now see that the system will automatically start generating the email touchpoint with the details that you have provided.
