If your agency has a paid LinkedIn job posting contract, you can connect it to Recruiterflow and promote jobs directly from any job record — without leaving the platform.
Before you start
You'll need a signed contract with LinkedIn for paid job postings.
The LinkedIn account used to sign that contract is the one you'll authenticate with during setup.
Only admins can set up integrations in Settings.
Step 1: Connect your LinkedIn paid posting contract
Go to Settings → Integrations.
Find LinkedIn Paid Job Posting and click to open it.
Sign in with the LinkedIn account that holds the paid posting contract.
After signing in, select the relevant contract from the list and continue.
The integration will show as connected once the contract is linked.
Step 2: Promote a job to LinkedIn
Open the job you want to promote in Recruiterflow.
Go to the Promote tab on the job record.
Find LinkedIn (Paid) and click Edit.
In the popup, select your contract (if you have multiple), fill in the job details as you would for a standard LinkedIn post, and click Save.
⚠️ Important: The contract cannot be changed after a job has been promoted to LinkedIn. Double-check you've selected the right one before saving.
Checking post status
After saving, the status of your LinkedIn paid posting appears next to the LinkedIn (Paid) icon on the Promote tab. A successfully posted job will show a confirmation status there.
Things to know
Only the user whose LinkedIn account is connected can post under that contract.
If you have multiple contracts (e.g. for different offices or clients), you'll select the relevant one each time you promote a job.
Free and paid LinkedIn postings are separate — connecting a paid contract doesn't replace the standard free LinkedIn posting option.
This integration is workspace-wide but each user connects their own LinkedIn account.
