The Recruiterflow mobile app keeps your recruiting moving when you're away from your desk. It's available for both Android and iOS, and currently supports the Candidates and Contacts tabs. Here's everything you can do from your phone.

From the home screen

The app opens to a list view of your candidates and contacts. From here you can:

  • Add a new candidate or contact.

  • View all candidates and contacts in a list.

  • Filter by job, stage, lead owner, company, source, and more — right from your phone.

Working with candidates

Search for a candidate and open their profile to:

  • View the full profile.

  • Add the candidate to a job.

  • Edit profile details.

  • Add notes, tasks, and tags.

  • Log a call.

  • Access activities, files, and scorecards on the go.

Working with contacts

Search for a contact and open their profile to:

  • View and edit the profile.

  • Add notes, tasks, and tags.

  • Log a call.

  • Access activities and files on the go.

Example

You're heading into a coffee meeting with a prospective client and want to glance at their history first. Open the app, search the contact, and you've got their profile, recent activities, and notes in front of you. After the meeting, log the call and add a follow-up task before you've even left the table — it all syncs back to Recruiterflow instantly.

Things to know

  • The app focuses on the Candidates and Contacts tabs. Jobs, reporting, campaigns, and other desktop features aren't available in the app yet — use the web app for those.

  • Anything you do in the app syncs to your Recruiterflow account in real time, so changes are immediately visible to your team on desktop.
