Post jobs directly to CV-Library from Recruiterflow, with applications flowing straight back into your account.

Post jobs directly to CV-Library, the UK's largest independent job board, with a database of 17M+ CVs and a syndication network of 800+ partner sites. Applications flow straight back into Recruiterflow, so there's no copy-pasting between platforms.

For recruiters and agency owners posting UK roles who want broader reach than LinkedIn alone.

Before you start: get your CV-Library feed credentials

Ask your CV-Library account manager for two things:

  • Feed Username

  • Feed Password

These are different from your normal CV-Library login. The feed credentials are what authorize Recruiterflow to push jobs into your account.

How to post a job

  1. Open the job you want to post and click Edit Job.

  2. Go to the Promote section.

  3. Click the edit icon next to CV-Library. A popup opens, enter your feed credentials and the role details CV-Library needs.

  4. Click Save. The job posts to CV-Library immediately and applicants flow back into your Recruiterflow account.

  5. Make sure the job's visibility is set to External under Settings. External jobs are visible on your careers page and can be published to job boards.

Practical example

A UK agency owner just opened a new sales role and wants UK-wide reach. They open the job, head to Promote, click the CV-Library edit icon, paste in the feed credentials they got from their account manager, fill in salary band and location, and save. The job's now live on CV-Library and the 800+ partner sites. Applications start landing in Recruiterflow within the hour.

Things to know

  • Feed credentials are workspace-wide. Once entered, every job posted to CV-Library uses the same account, you don't re-enter them per job.

  • If the job doesn't appear on CV-Library, double-check the job is set to External and the feed credentials are correct. Spam flags on the CV-Library side can also block postings, contact CV-Library support if that happens.

  • Applications come in tagged with CV-Library as the source, which means they show up in source-based reports automatically.
