When a candidate applies to a job through your careers page, they fill out your application form. Their responses are saved on the candidate profile and tied to that specific job application.
Where to find the responses
Open the candidate's profile and look in the Jobs section. Next to each job title, you'll see an application form icon, click it to view the candidate's responses to the form questions for that job.
What if a candidate applied to multiple jobs?
Each application has its own set of responses, tied to the specific job. Click the application form icon next to whichever job you want to see, one candidate can have completely different answers across two roles.
Who can see application form responses?
Anyone with access to the candidate's profile in your workspace. Application form responses are internal, they aren't shown on candidate-facing or client-facing views by default.
Things to know
Responses are captured at the moment of application. If the candidate later updates information on their profile (new email, new phone), the original application form responses don't change.
If the application form on the job is edited after the candidate applies, the responses you see reflect the version of the form they submitted, not the current version.
