If settings, filters, or changes you make in Recruiterflow reset every time you refresh the page or log back in, the most likely cause is that your browser is blocking cookies. Recruiterflow uses cookies to save your preferences and session state — when they're blocked, nothing persists.
Fix: Allow cookies for Recruiterflow in Chrome
Open Google Chrome and navigate to
chrome://settings/content/siteData.Under Default behavior, confirm it's set to "Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended)".
If it's set to anything else (e.g., "Block all cookies"), switch it to the recommended setting.
Refresh Recruiterflow and try making the change again.
Things to Know
This setting is per-browser. If you use multiple browsers or devices, check the cookie setting in each one.
Privacy extensions (like ad blockers or cookie managers) can override Chrome's default setting and silently block cookies even when the setting above looks correct. Try disabling extensions temporarily to test.
This is a Chrome-specific fix. Firefox and Safari handle cookie permissions differently — if you're on a different browser, check that browser's equivalent cookie settings.
If the issue continues after updating the cookie setting, contact help@recruiterflow.com with a description of what's resetting and when.
