Recruiterflow lets you run marketing campaigns for business development, MPC campaigns, etc, directly from your account without relying on third-party tools.
These marketing emails are sent through Recruiterflow’s email infrastructure, so you can reach a larger audience at scale while tracking important engagement metrics like opens, replies, and unsubscribes, without taking a hit on your domain.
Before You Begin
✅ Make sure your marketing email or alias is verified under Settings → Automation Settings.
❌ Campaigns created with unverified emails will fail. Learn how to verify your email.
Step 1: Start a New Campaign
From your Recruiterflow left nav bar, go to the Campaigns tab.
Click New Campaign.
Choose Marketing Email as the type of touchpoint
📌 Note: Marketing emails are different from regular campaign emails. They cannot be sent as replies in an existing thread. If you add a marketing email in a campaign that involves other emails (manual or automatic), the marketing email step will be sent out as a separate email thread.

Step 2: Compose Your Marketing Email
In the email editor, either:
Select an existing template, or
Write your own message from scratch.
Add a subject line and body text.
(Optional) Click Send Test Email to preview your message before launching.
Important Points:
Sender Name: By default, emails appear as:
<Your First Name> from <Your Company Name>Reply Handling: If a candidate/contact replies to your marketing email, their response will be sent to your connected/verified email address.
Unsubscribes: If someone unsubscribes, they will be unsubscribed from your entire account, not just one campaign.
Step 3: Launch the Campaign
Review your campaign settings and email content.
Add recipients to send.
Recruiterflow will send emails at scale via SendGrid and automatically log them in your account.
Step 4: Track Campaign Performance
Recruiterflow automatically tracks key metrics for marketing campaigns, including:
Delivered
Opens
Bounced
Replies
Unsubscribes
You can view these insights in your campaign dashboard to measure engagement and optimize future outreach.
Important Notes
Marketing emails do not support HTML formatting or drag-and-drop editors.
Follow-up emails are not supported. Each email is sent as a separate thread.
Replies automatically stop the campaign for that recipient.
