AI credits power all your credit-based actions in Recruiterflow, from email and phone lookups to our growing catalog of AIRA agents. This unified credit system gives you the flexibility to use credits across all AIRA features from a single balance.
What Are AI Credits Used For?
AI credits can be used for:
Email lookups via the Email Finder agent
Phone lookups to find candidate contact numbers
AI agents such as:
Job Change Alert Agent
CRM Update Agent
Submission Agent
And any new AI agents we launch
How to Purchase AI Credits
To purchase AI credits:
Go to Settings in your Recruiterflow account
Click on Billing
Navigate to the AI credits purchase section
Select the credit package you need
Complete the purchase (your saved payment method will be used)
AI credits are available in flexible packages to match your usage needs.
Credit Expiry
Newly purchased AI credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
If you purchase multiple batches on different dates, each batch carries its own 12-month expiry from its purchase date, so you always know when your credits are expiring.
How Credits Are Consumed
Different features consume different amounts of AI credits:
Email Finder: 2 AI credits per successful find
Phone Lookup: 2 AI credits consumed per successful find
AI Agents: Varies by agent (check specific agent page in Recruiterflow)
Important: You're only charged credits for successful results. Failed attempts don't consume credits.
