The Recruiterflow Chrome Extension helps you source candidates, add companies, and create deals directly from external platforms like LinkedIn and more — without switching tabs or manually copying information.

With just a few clicks, you can:

  • Add candidates or contacts with enriched profiles

  • Find verified email addresses (using lookups)

  • Add companies and create deals from external platforms

This article walks you through how to install, configure, and use the extension effectively.


How to Install the Chrome Extension

  1. Go to the Chrome Web Store
    Click here to open the extension page

  2. Click “Add to Chrome”
    A popup will appear asking you to confirm.

  3. Click “Add Extension”
    The extension will install and appear in your browser toolbar.

  4. (Optional) Pin the Extension

    • Click the puzzle icon in the top-right corner of your browser.

    • Find Recruiterflow and click the pin icon to keep it visible.


How to Use the Chrome Extension

Add a Candidate from LinkedIn (or other supported platforms)

  1. Open a candidate or contact profile on LinkedIn, GitHub, Twitter, etc.

  2. Click the Recruiterflow extension icon in your Chrome toolbar.

  3. Import the person's details. You can also review and edit it here.

  4. Click Add Candidate or Add Contact.

The profile will be added to your Recruiterflow account, and any available contact info (like email and phone) will be included.

💡 If Recruiterflow finds an email address, you’ll see it automatically added using one of your lookups.
