Add candidates from Xing directly to Recruiterflow without typing a single field. The Chrome Extension reads the Xing profile and imports it automatically.
Before you start
Make sure the Recruiterflow Chrome Extension is installed and you're logged in. If you haven't set it up yet, here's how to get the Chrome Extension.
How to source from Xing
Open the Xing profile you want to add to Recruiterflow.
Click the Recruiterflow Extension icon in your Chrome toolbar — it will automatically read the profile.
Review the parsed details (name, email, current role, location, and more).
Select a Job to attach the candidate to, if relevant.
Click Add Candidate.
The candidate profile is created in Recruiterflow and all parsed fields are immediately searchable.
Things to know
The Extension parses whatever is publicly visible on the Xing profile — fields left blank on Xing won't be imported.
If a candidate with the same email already exists in Recruiterflow, the Extension will flag the duplicate before adding.
