What Is the Recruiterflow Chrome Extension, and How Do I Get It?

Understanding the Recruiterflow Chrome extension and downloading it

Written by Umme Saira

The Recruiterflow Chrome Extension lets you source candidates, contacts, add companies, and create deals directly from LinkedIn and other platforms — without switching tabs or manually copying data.

What it does

Instead of copying profile information by hand, the extension reads it for you. Open a profile on LinkedIn, GitHub, Twitter, or another supported platform, click the extension icon, and the candidate or contact lands in your Recruiterflow account in seconds — with their contact info, job history, and any available email addresses included.

How to install

  1. Click Add to Chrome, then confirm with Add Extension

  2. Click the puzzle icon in your Chrome toolbar, find Recruiterflow, and click the pin icon to keep it visible at all times

How to add a candidate or contact

  1. Open a profile on LinkedIn, GitHub, Twitter, or another supported platform

  2. Click the Recruiterflow icon in your Chrome toolbar

  3. Open the profile you want to add. Review the parsed profile details — edit any fields if needed

  4. Click Add Candidate or Add Contact

If Recruiterflow finds a verified email address for the person, it's added automatically using one of your lookup credits.

Things to know

  • On first use, Chrome will ask permission to manage files — grant it. This is required for PDF resume parsing to work.

  • Email lookups consume lookup credits. If you're sourcing at high volume, check your balance in Settings.

  • The extension works on LinkedIn, GitHub, Twitter, and other professional profile platforms.

  • The extension is free to install — it's included with your Recruiterflow subscription.
